ATTENTION COACHES, ADMINISTRATORS AND TEAM PARENTS
IF you have not submitted a New State roster (found on the State Tournament Entry page) to the Georgia Office by midnight May 13., YOU will need to bring one along with your certification book to Veterans Middle School between 5:30 PM and 10 PM. Friday Night. We can not accept any faxes on Thursday or Friday in the Georgia Office.
If any player documentation is missing the player cannot play in the State tournament. Playing an un-certified player is grounds for forfeiture. Not submitting a State Roster can result in being disqualified.
Remember your State Roster is frozen. To play in Nationals you can add up to three players if you have the open space and if the player is listed on a State roster. You will not be allowed to delete after the state and then have room to add for Nationals.
