If a team is missing any player documentation, (i.e. birth certificate or report card) you will need to bring to check in on Friday night.
We can not accept any faxes in the Georgia office on Thursday or Friday.
Check in will be AT THE YBOA HOST HOTEL HAMPTON INN AND SUITES:1725 Pineland Road Duluth, Georgia 30096. . Mrs Fox will be there from 6 PM until 9:30 PM on Friday Night ONLY. If you have been told by Mrs. Fox you are OK then you do not need to check in each tournament, unless you are making changes to your roster.
Failure to have your team certified by the Georgia office, with all documentation supplied, could result in disqualification from the tournament.
